Wool certified RWS – Responsible Wool Standard – what this means
The Responsible Wool Standard is an international standard for sheep welfare and grazing land management: it prohibits mulesing and follows the wool through the whole chain, from the farm to the spinning mill. It covers the wool, not the finished garment: we buy certified yarns and knit them in our own factory in Prato.
Viscose LENZING™ ECOVERO™ – what this means
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ is a viscose made by Lenzing from wood grown in responsibly managed forests, in a process that uses less water and emits about half the CO₂ of conventional viscose; every fiber is traceable back to its origin. It covers the fiber, not the finished garment: we buy certified yarns and knit them in our own factory in Prato.
Will the blend wrap pill with wear?
Like any wool and viscose knit, rubbing can bring up a few pills over time. A cashmere comb takes them off in a few passes.
How do I press out creases without damaging the yarn?
Inside out, on a low setting — wool or silk — with a damp cotton cloth between the iron and the wrap. Vertical steam held at a distance works just as well: it relaxes the fibers without flattening them.
How do I wash it?
By hand, or on the wool or delicate cycle, then dry it flat.
Is there anything to pay when it arrives?
No. The price includes duties, taxes, and shipping, and we ship as the importer of record, so there is nothing to pay the carrier on delivery. It ships from Italy by UPS Express, 3–5 business days.
What if I need to send it back?
Free returns within 30 days, with a prepaid UPS label. One free return per order; any further return shipping is deducted from the refund. Orders placed in November and December can be returned through January 31.

A wrap cut wide enough to be a real cover-up rather than a token one: nearly 73 inches across, and deep enough to close over the front. In burgundy, knotted over a gray blazer for the street; open over a dress for the evening.
