The yarn is not one strand but two, twisted around each other. A two-ply yarn is more stable in the wash, holds its shape and pills less than a single-ply yarn. Our factory

Does the recycled cashmere itch?
No. The fibers are sorted and spun in Prato like any others, and the knit comes out soft enough to wear against the skin.
Does it last as long as virgin cashmere?
It lasts, but it pills a little sooner. Reclaimed fiber has already been spun once, so it is shorter than new fiber, and short fibers work their way to the surface faster. A cashmere comb lifts the pills off, and with the right care the sweater stays good for years.
How do I choose my size?
The fit is trim and the sizes are Italian, so they sit closer to the body than American ones. They run S through XXL. Go by the measurements on the size page rather than the letter: from L up ours runs about one American size smaller, so if you're between two, take the larger.
Why does the name say blend?
Because it is one. Half the yarn is reclaimed cashmere and half is virgin cashmere, and US labeling rules ask for both fiber names and their percentages by weight. Calling it recycled cashmere on its own would name one half and hide the other.
Is there anything to pay when it arrives?
No. The price includes duties, taxes, and shipping, and we ship as the importer of record, so there is nothing to pay the carrier on delivery. It ships from Italy by UPS Express, 3–5 business days.
What if it doesn't fit?
Free returns within 30 days, with a prepaid UPS label. One free return per order; any further return shipping is deducted from the refund. Orders placed in November and December can be returned through January 31.
