We will retain PII for no longer than 30 days after delivery of the order and only for as long as necessary to fulfil the orders.

Communication between our system and Amazon takes place via APIs provided by MWS, using their encryption system.

Customer PII is stored within the SAP B1 database, which resides in the cloud for accounting purposes only, all unnecessary data is deleted after 30 days. This information is never stored on removable media or unsecured cloud space. We encrypt all PII at rest using FIPS 140-2 validated with 256 bit AES encryption. The cryptographic materials and capabilities used to encrypt PII at rest are only accessible to internal processes and services.
